The Archbishop of Vancouver has issued a letter stating that Mass in the Archdiocese of Vancouver will be restricted to 50 people.  This comes after the BC government issued a restriction of gatherings.  IC Delta Parish will continue to hold Mass at the regular times.  50 people will be allowed into the church with an overflow of an additional 50 people going to celebrate Mass in the Gym and Parish Hall.  Please read the letter from the Archbishop regarding exemptions from attending Mass.

Prayers of Spiritual Communion

When we are unable to receive Holy Communion sacramentally, we can receive great graces and blessings by expressing our desire to do so in what is called a “spiritual Communion.” This practice goes back many centuries and has a rich tradition.
