What's New:The annual membership drive (renewals and new members) for The Catholic Women’s League of Canada (CWL) continues. We invite every woman (16 years of age and over) in this parish to join! Membership fee for one year (January-December 2023) is $35.00 by cheque or cash. Membership forms can be found at the CWL Bulletin Board by the Sacristy. Thank you to all our parishioners for always supporting the CWL various fundraising initiatives and food catering.Funds raised support the following charities: Agape, Santa Maria, Canadian Bioethical, Euthanasia Prevention, Domestic Abuse (CWL), Luke 15, L’Arche Society, Birthright, Chalice, Signal Hill, The Door is Open, and IC Parish.
We also give gifts for confirmation candidates and 1st communicants of our parish.
We award bursaries/scholarships yearly to deserving post secondary students who are children or grandchildren of IC Delta CWL members. Joseph Kho, the son of Janet Kho, Madison and Chelsea Stoochnoff, daughters of Gloria Stoochnoff, Deora Dias, daughter of Shanthi D’Souza are the recent recipients.

The objects of the League shall be to unite Catholic women of Canada:
1. to achieve individual and collective spiritual development
2. to promote the teachings of the Catholic church
3. to exemplify the Christian ideal in home and family life
4. to protect the sanctity of life
5. to enhance the role of women in church and society
6 to recognize the human dignity of all people everywhere
7. to uphold and defend Christian education and values in the modern world
8. to contribute to the understanding and growth of religious freedom, social justice, peace and harmony
